The Loft52 residential building is located in the 13th district of Budapest. A total of 84 apartments will be created in a former office building.
The building, completed in 1897 and damaged in World War II, will be rebuilt to its original height by reconstruction. The building will function as the gateway to the Castle Quarter, as well as a visitor centre, community spaces and exhibitions.
